Insurance
I currently am in-network with BCBS, United Health Group/Optum, Aetna, Health Choice, and Medicaid.
If you have an insurance I am not in-network with, I can provide a monthly statement (superbill) that clients can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Payment
I accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Square Pay.
I also accept and can charge your Health Savings Account.
Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancelation fee.
Cancelation fees vary depending on frequency. The first missed session will incur a $0 fee. The second missed session will incur a $50 fee. The third missed session will incur a $100 fee. Any further missed sessions will incur a $150 fee per missed session. The tally resets on a rolling 6 month basis.
